Terms of Service

Effective May 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CraftSignal website at craftsignal.ai and any programs, courses, or services offered by CraftSignal LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“CraftSignal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use CraftSignal

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a CraftSignal program. By joining our waitlist or enrolling, you confirm you meet that requirement.

2. What we provide

CraftSignal offers cohort-based education programs that teach participants to build software using AI tools. A typical program includes live instruction, course materials, optional 1:1 sessions, a peer community, and access to recordings for the duration of the cohort. Specific deliverables for each program are described on the cohort enrollment page at the time you register.

3. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is confirmed when payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. Pricing for each cohort is listed at enrollment. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, and your payment information is handled subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your account and conduct

If you create an account or join a cohort, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Use the program for your own learning and not resell, share, or redistribute paid materials without our written permission.
  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption of the cohort experience may result in removal without refund.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, including slides, recordings, written content, exercises, and code samples produced by CraftSignal, are the intellectual property of CraftSignal LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, publish, or use them to teach a competing program without our written permission.

Work you create during the cohort, including software you build during exercises and capstone projects, belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to reference your work for promotional purposes only if you give explicit consent in writing.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

CraftSignal provides education and mentorship. We do not guarantee that completing a program will result in a job, business success, income, or any other specific outcome. Results depend on many factors including your effort, prior experience, and market conditions.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and programs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftSignal’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or programs will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued use of our website or programs after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton or Franklin County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
