Refund Policy
Effective May 12, 2026
We want every participant to feel confident enrolling in a CraftSignal cohort. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Full refund before the cohort starts
You are eligible for a 100% refund of your enrollment fee any time before the cohort’s scheduled start date. Just email us to request the refund. We will process it within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refund during the first week
Cohort-based learning depends on each participant being present and engaged from the start. We understand that life happens, so during the first week of instruction you may withdraw and receive a 50% refund of your enrollment fee.
No refunds after the first week
Beginning in week two of the cohort, enrollment is final and no refunds will be issued. By that point you have received a substantial portion of the program’s content, materials, and instruction, and the seat cannot be filled by another participant.
Exceptional circumstances
If you encounter a genuine emergency that prevents you from continuing (serious illness, family crisis, or similar), reach out and we will consider your situation in good faith. Possible accommodations include deferring your enrollment to a future cohort at no additional cost.
How to request a refund
Email tige@craftsignal.aiwith the subject “Refund request” and include your name, the cohort you enrolled in, and a brief note about your situation. We will respond within two business days.
Program cancellation by CraftSignal
In the unlikely event we cancel a cohort before it starts, every enrolled participant will receive a full refund.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your cohort.
