Privacy Policy

Effective May 12, 2026

CraftSignal LLC (“CraftSignal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the website and run our programs.

  • Waitlist and contact information. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first and last name.
  • Enrollment information. When you enroll in a cohort, we collect billing and contact details necessary to process your payment and provide course access. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage information. When you visit our website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is standard server-log information.
  • Course participation. If you enroll in a cohort, we collect information you submit during the program (exercises, project work, questions, feedback) for the purpose of providing instruction.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send confirmation emails, enrollment information, and program updates.
  • Process payments and provide access to programs you have purchased.
  • Respond to questions and provide support.
  • Improve our website, content, and programs.
  • Send occasional product or program announcements. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate CraftSignal. They receive only the information necessary to perform their service.

  • Resend(email delivery) — processes the emails we send and receive related to the waitlist and enrollment.
  • Vercel(website hosting) — serves our website and may log standard request information.
  • Microsoft 365(business email) — hosts our team email accounts.
  • Future payment processor(e.g., Stripe) — will handle payment information when enrollment opens. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect that addition.

4. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy.

5. Your rights and choices

You can:

  • Ask us what personal information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

If you reside in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents

If you reside in the EEA or UK, our legal basis for processing your personal information is one of: your consent (for the waitlist and marketing email), the performance of a contract (for enrollment and course delivery), or our legitimate interests (for website operation and improvement). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
